Cancelation and Refund Policy

 

1. Cancellations: We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $50 fee.

 

2. Inclement Weather: If we must cancel due to rain/severe weather, we will reschedule. No refunds are issued for weather rescheduling.

 

3. "Best Effort" Services: Due to the nature of auto detailing, some conditions (scuffs, deep stains) may not be fully removed. We perform services on a "best effort" basis.

 

4. Refund Restriction: No refunds for services rendered. If a client is unsatisfied, we will return to fix the issue within 48 hours. customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
