Tex Pro Auto Detailing & Outfitters LLC - Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with Tex Pro Auto Detailing & Outfitters LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client," "you") agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Service Scope and Scheduling

  • Estimates: Pricing is an estimate only. Final pricing will be confirmed after a physical inspection of the vehicle.

  • Condition Surcharges: A minimum surcharge of 20% (or more, based on assessment) will apply to vehicles with excessive pet hair, mold, biohazards (vomit, urine), or excessive mud.

  • Appointment Times: While we strive to be on time, our arrival window may vary due to traffic or weather.

  • Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, or to deny requests deemed above and beyond the booked detailing package.

 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Notice Required: We require at least 24–48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Fees: Cancellations made within [24] hours of the appointment may incur a fee of [25–50]% of the total service cost.

  • No-Shows: If we arrive and are unable to access the vehicle, or the customer is not present, the full service cost will be charged.

  • Weather: If we must cancel due to inclement weather, we will work to reschedule at the earliest convenience without penalty.

 

3. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

  • Inspection: A pre-service inspection will be conducted. We recommend you are present for this inspection.

  • Liability Disclaimer: [Your Business Name] is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: scratches, paint chips, torn upholstery, cracked leather, failing clear coat, or loose trim.

  • Risk: Vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk. All parts are assumed to be able to withstand normal detailing processes.

 

4. Personal Belongings

  • Removal of Items: Customers must remove all personal belongings, money, and significant items from the vehicle prior to our arrival.

  • Lost Items: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.

 

5. Payments and Fees

  • Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service.

  • Methods: We accept [Cash/Card/Digital Payment].

  • Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after 14 days may be subject to a late fee of $[25].

 

6. Mobile Detailing Specifics

  • Space & Safety: You ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and level location.

  • Utilities: While we bring our own equipment, we may request access to electricity or water if necessary.

 

7. Service Guarantee

  • Reporting Issues: If you are unsatisfied, you must inform us within 48 hours of service completion.

  • Remediation: If there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service at our expense.

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after our service without our authorization voids our guarantee.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Under no circumstances shall Tex Pro Auto Detailing & Outfitters LLC be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, including but not limited to mechanical or electrical issues, that may occur during or after the service.
